Take Time For Yourself and Your Relationships
It’s becoming increasingly difficult to manage one’s emotions. With many things that are happening in society and within humanity at large, it gets overwhelming to handle every thought and emotion and deal with it from a state of tranquility and peace.
Plus, as humans, we desire support to help us rise and be our best self. However, it is important to pay attention to your lifestyle, your patterns and your friendships. Whoever you are spending most your time with, this group of your chosen “tribe” will help you manifest your highest potential, so choose wisely. Choose the tribe that limits your negative self-thoughts and collapses your feelings of insecurity.
We are all just guiding each other back home to ourselves, so be kind to each other during the process.
“My inner Mean Girl is not my truth.” – Melissa Ambrosini’s 27 Life Power Statements

Some of the self-love kindness mantras from her 27 Life Power Statements are:
Don’t tell lies (even little white lies) as they erode trust with yourself and others.
I matter, as do we all.
Serve. Serve. Serve.
The present is in presence.
Love yourself and be your own best friend.
Remember you are the master of your destiny.
Love your body, move your body and nourish your body.
Treat everyone and all things with respect.
Act in integrity.
“Surround yourself virtually with positive people.” – How to Be Happy | Mimi Ikonn
One of my favorite social media influencers, Mimi Ikonn, recommends that you go out, meet people and make friends. She makes it a point to take charge of your life to become the leader you always searched for.
She encourages people to read positive books and to invest in creating new and positive friendships that ultimately lift you up as a person.
“Personal loyalty is displayed through love, devotion, dedication and commitment to the well-being of another.” – Power of Positivity
I had experiences at one point with people that didn’t lift me up, but I continued returning to that cycle of pain through misplaced loyalty until I understood what was happening. I think many of us feel like we should be loyal to someone because of certain factors that relate to obligation or guilt.
But true loyalty is about feeling each other’s pain and connecting on that deep level of understanding with one another as we all experience waves of healing those different emotions.
“Loyalty is not a passive role in any relationship; loyalty is active, supportive and healing.” – Levita
Loyalty is all about that heart-centered-communication that enhances your feelings of self-worth. If you are currently struggling with any feelings of lack whether that is depression, insecurity, or self-worth, feel free to contact me as I guide individuals on their journey back to themselves to achieve self-mastery. It all starts with your personal experiences and your individual empowering tools, and once you start having realizations about your own self-worth and sense of loyalty, you will start vibing with people on your same wavelength. Remember that loyalty is not about connecting with someone through control, lack or fear.
As you begin removing yourself from people and situations that dampen your self-worth and overall confidence, you will greatly benefit from this as it will help stop your negative self-talk.
“Loyalty is steadfastness; knowing you can rely on each other. You’re going to go through challenges and struggles. All couples do. How great it is to know that you have someone who has your back through it all.” – The Couples Expert
For couples who are looking for that deeper reconnection with themselves through spiritual awareness and energy alchemy, sign up to get my upcoming couples guidance package. When both parties are in alignment with their heart, loyalty will look something like this:
