As we are full in the spring awakening and rebirth period of May, everything is blooming. We have the flowers, trees, and each one of us feminines. Detoxing your mind, body, and soul this spring is the goal.


This is a time of spring cleaning within and without, meaning that you might want to clean out your closets and diets accordingly. Cleaning up our diets simply means we get to choose which foods and supplements best align to our most authentic self and support our personal growth and evolution.

Finding High-vibe Snacks


When we need a quick pick-me-up at work or at school, a nice high-vibrational snack would be just the ticket.


I personally like munching on a trail mix filled with nuts, dried fruits and chocolate. It keeps the day rolling with a nice crunch and sweet taste.


Currently I love Superfood Trail Mix from Thrive Market, which has some superb organic ingredients including diced figs, Brazil nuts, cacao nibs, coconut chips and white mulberries (to name a few)! It’s a truly hearty snack that will keep you satisfied and full for sure.


Hayley, who is a friend from college, now works in accounting told me she “love[s] Harry and David. Their delicious and fresh fruits are divine! I have them delivered to my home and I snack on the fruits with some cheese every day. I am a member of their fruit of the month club. My personal favorite fruit would be their infamous pears!”


Finding High-vibe Meals


Gina, a previous co-worker of mine and a busy stay-at-home mom, is always on the go—the perfect paradox! She shops at Whole Foods often to find delicious and nutritious recipes she can make for herself and her family, and in her spare time, she also visits their online site to look at the recipes they offer.


“My favorite recipe this season would have to be either Pasta with White Beans and Summer Squash or Hearty Minestrone Soup, which is filled with veggies, beans and pasta,” she told me. “I use my Le creuset Pasta pan and voila! Dinner is served!”


High-vibe Supplements 


Camilla from my dance class works at a fitness gym in Florida and spends most of her post-workout moments at a juice bar serving healthy smoothies to her customers. She also loves making and drinking smoothies for herself.


“I love making super smoothies with my supplements,” she told me. “I use a handful of any greens (normally spinach or baby arugula), one banana, one tablespoon of chia seeds, one cup mixed berries and one scoop of protein powder from Garden of Life. I throw it all together into my 5200 Standard Vitamix and blend it up! Amazing consistency and taste! I also take Holy Basil Leaf between meals, which really helps with soothing the mind after a long and hectic day.”
